Jean-Pierre boasts 30 years’ experience in diverse fields (production, finance, business) working for Motorola, Matra Harris, SGS Thompson Microelectronic (STM) and Gemplus.
He was in charge of the international industrial operations (GEMALTO) for Gemplus, before being given the responsibility of the support functions (acquisitions, logistics, quality...). He brings VEDALIS his industrial perspective as well as his skills and expertise in terms of the organisation of high-growth technological companies.

Bruno is a senior partner of the London-based capital investment company Balmoral Capital Partners. Until 2003 he was a partner of the American consultancy firm Marakon Associates, which ranks among the UK’s top 3 “pure” strategy consulting firms. At the time, Bruno was London’s department manager and a member of the executive committee for international operations. Bruno was awarded an MBA by Wharton School in 1988, an International Business Law DESS – one-year post-graduate diploma in an applied subject – by the Aix-en-Provence Institut du Droit des Affaires in 1984, and the Marseilles Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in 1983.
He brings VEDALIS the strong and varied skills and experience which he developed by working with the top management departments of multinational corporations in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Didier Plégat - Company executive and founder.
Didier combines a mastery of information technologies with a strong experience in company creation. From 1995 to 2000, he set up and developed the Grand Luminy Incubator, a support and consultancy structure specialized in company creation and based in the Marseilles-Luminy Parc Scientifique et Technologique. Before doing so, he had created and managed LIS, a computer services company specialized in industrial applications. Didier works for the Euromed Marseilles group – a school of entrepreneurship management and collaborative project management. He is an INPG engineer (1982) and has a degree in management awarded by the Aix-en-Provence IAE (in 1988).

Didier Plégat - Dirigeant et fondateur
Didier associe maîtrise des technologies de l'information et forte expérience de la création d'entreprises. Entre 1995 et 2000, il a mis en place puis développé l'Incubateur de Grand Luminy, structure d'aide et de conseils à la création d'entreprises basée sur le Parc Scientifique et Technologique de Marseille-Luminy. Auparavant, il avait créé et dirigé LIS, société de services en informatique spécialisée dans les applications industrielles. Didier intervient au groupe Euromed Marseille – Ecole de Management en entrepreunariat et en management de projets collaboratifs. Il est ingénieur INPG (1982) et diplômé en management de l'IAE d'Aix en Provence (1988).

Alain est conseil en maintenance et en ingénierie des machines spéciales. VEDALIS bénéficie de sa connaissance approfondie de l'industrie acquise au cours de 20 ans de carrière en tant que responsable production, travaux neufs et maintenance chez ARCELOR puis dans plusieurs PMIs. Alain est également formateur en maintenance industrielle à l'ITII (Ecole d'ingénieur en alternance) et membre de jurys de BTS Maintenance Industrielle. Il est ingénieur Arts et Métiers (Angers 1980).
En plus de ses compétences de premier plan en matière d'outils et de méthodes, Alain apporte aussi son expérience des problématiques opérationnelles. Il participe à la définition et au choix des services AGORA™ avec une vision orientée utilisateur final et création de valeur dans l'exercice professionnel quotidien.

Catherine est titulaire d’un DESS en Psychologie Sociale et Industrielle et a suivi des études de Doctorat en Sciences cognitives de l’INP Grenoble. Elle possède 10 années d’expérience en Knowledge Management (KM), Intelligence Economique et Médiation.
VEDALIS bénéficie de ses compétences en ingénierie des connaissances, dans la mise en place de solutions de travail collaboratif (outils KM, intranet, extranet) et d’évaluation ergonomique d’Interface Homme Machine.
Catherine est également Professeur associé au groupe Euromed Marseille – Ecole de Management et chargée de cours à l’Université de Provence et à l’Université de la Méditerranée.

Jusqu’en 2003, il était associé de la société américaine de conseil Marakon Associates qui figure parmi les trois premiers cabinets de conseil en stratégie « pure » au Royaume-Uni. Bruno était alors directeur du bureau de Londres et membre du comité de direction des opérations "monde". Bruno est diplômé d’un MBA de la Wharton School (1988), d’un DESS en Droit des Affaires Internationales de l’Institut du Droit des Affaires d'Aix-en-Provence (1984) et de l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille (1983).
